Refund policy
Boneyard Print Co. products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at kangarooifyu@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for issues caused by incorrect customer-provided shipping information, normal delivery wear, or damage reported after the review window.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the item.
